MITCH IBURG, ceramics

I wish to capture the essence of my environment, its geological history, and its natural beauty. This is achieved by utilizing raw indigenous clays, minerals, and wood sources unique to my area. In doing so my work functions as an extension of the landscape, rather than a reference.
