Upcoming Fine Art Classes
Fine Art Department
Instructor: Phawnda Moore
The brush is an important part of art history in both East and West. Discover its influence in many cultures around the world and embrace its versatility and convenience.
We’ll make simple illustrations in both the marker pen and watercolor (flowers, fruit, etc.) to get acquainted with the brush.
In an interactive format, you’ll also become more confident about choosing papers and lettering tools, referencing color wheels, exploring design, and knowing how to fix mistakes.
You can try different layouts, then switch up to do beautiful watercolor lettering for a quote of your choice. You’ll leave with your quote ready to frame and will use your new skills for many occasions.
