We’re looking for talented artists and instructors to bring fresh, inspiring workshops to our vibrant coastal community. Selected proposals will help shape our Fall and Winter schedule, so if you’re ready to share your craft and connect with students in a beautiful setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Join our current Greenhouse Artists this Sunday for two special events.
Sunday, 11-2pm, Join us for ‘a gathering for the things that are not yours to carry alone’, hosted by Grace Brown at Hillcrest Cemetary.
Then, from 2-6pm it’s a Fallafel pop-up with Noura Alharari and Niki Robbins in collaboration with MendoForPalestine.
MUSHROOMS & COLOR
Selected works by contemporary artists and makers will be shown alongside notebooks and drawings by science illustrator Dorothy Beebee, who worked closely with dye pioneer Miriam C. Rice to unlock the full spectrum of color from mushrooms. Other artworks draw from Miriam’s personal collection and that of members of the non-profit organization Miriam founded in 1985, the International Mushroom Dye Institute (IMDI).

Taught by both local and visiting artists, our art workshops span a wide variety of mediums and skill levels.
Lodging
Stay with us while you’re taking a workshop, or for a self-guided retreat to make art or spend time on our campus.
Residencies
We offer year-long residencies and short-term artist-in-retreat programs. Applications for our new winter Greenhouse Residency are now open.

Our shop and gallery feature art from local and visiting artists. Our shop also sells supplies for workshops.
