Workshop Description:
This workshop will teach alternative applications of enamel. Eden will demonstrate methods like applying glass beads, sgraffito, stencils, and illustrating with graphite. While these techniques push the boundaries of enamel, Eden will also provide an introduction to the basics of enameling. This class is a fun way to explore and play with the world of enamel. Enameling can be anything you’d like. It can be applied to jewelry, used as plaques, or an illustrative canvas. Students will walk away with a finished sample that can be either incorporated into a project or for practice and their own enameling sifter.
