Workshop Description:
In this drawing workshop, students will learn how to translate what we see in 3D to paper. The first part of the class will focus on short, fast pace drawing. Students will learn about eye level, how to measure and compose a picture. The second part of class will focus on a longer drawing of the still life.
About the Instructor: I was born and raised in NYC, received my BFA from Maryland Institute College of Art in 2002 and my MFA from The University of Pennsylvania in 2004. In 2012 I left the city and moved to rural northern California where I live now with my family of humans and animals. I love to draw and paint and make time for it everyday.
